Hello there, by engaging with Throughyourclips, you agree to the following terms and conditions established to ensure a seamless and professional editing experience:
Throughyourclips provides professional video editing services based on the scope, deliverables, and timelines outlined and approved prior to project commencement. Services begin only after payment confirmation.
All rates are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Full payment is required to secure a booking and production slot.
Work will not commence without confirmed payment.
Each project includes 2 rounds of free changes. Revisions will be completed within 24–48 hours after feedback is received. Additional rounds of revisions will incur extra charges, as per our standard revision rates, , unless they are required due to an error on our part.
The first draft will typically be shared within 4-7 days after receiving all footage from the client.
If there are unforeseen delays (technical issues, missing assets, etc.), the Throughyourclips team will proactively update you.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary footage, assets, references, and clear instructions in a timely, organized and dated manner prior to editing. Throughyourclips is not liable for issues arising from low-quality, corrupted, or incomplete files.

PS: Delay in uploading footage and assets can lead to commencement of another project.
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed services.
All client materials are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the execution of the agreed project. Content will not be shared, distributed, or repurposed without explicit written consent.
Upon final delivery and receipt of full payment, ownership of the final edited deliverables is transferred to the client. Throughyourclips retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Throughyourclips reserves the right to decline or terminate services at its discretion in cases of unprofessional conduct, lack of communication, or violation of these terms.
